Beginning Monday, May 19, the Department of Information Technology will begin replacing existing Wi-Fi access points across the IHS campus with new, upgraded wireless access points. This upgrade will enhance the wireless experience across campus by providing better coverage, faster connection speeds, and a more future-ready network.
This work will begin during the day on Monday, May 19, continue with evening work starting at 4PM on Tuesday, May 20, and finish with additional daytime work on Wednesday, May 21. Technicians will be working primarily in hallways and common areas during the day. Classroom access points will be replaced during the evening hours on May 20 to avoid any disruption to daytime activities.
No service interruptions are expected during this upgrade.
