On Monday, April 1st, starting at 6 a.m., the Department of Information Technology will be installing essential patches to the university’s main student, finance and HR enterprise system known as Banner.

During this maintenance period, Banner applications, such as Self-Service Banner, Banner Admin pages, and Banner Operational Data Store (ODS), will experience an expected outage. Although access to Banner applications is expected to be restored by 4 p.m., a post-maintenance reload of the ODS may lead to longer-than-usual processing times for ODS reports.

Other IT services, such as the university website, campus e-mail, the campus network, Canvas and Microsoft Teams should not be affected by this maintenance.
