Investigating
Microsoft is investigating an issue affecting multiple Microsoft 365 services. Users may experience intermittent issues with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Copilot.
Issues may include difficulty accessing or searching email, delays sending or receiving messages in Outlook, problems with Teams calendar and search, and issues accessing, searching or syncing files in OneDrive and SharePoint. Some Copilot prompts that rely on organizational data may also fail.
Microsoft has reported continued recovery and is working to fully restore affected services. The Division of Information Technology is monitoring the incident and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
