There will be a 4 hour maintenance window Friday evening as the vendor performs scheduled maintenance. During this time, users may have connection issues.
If students do experience issues, they would receive a “500 error”; but this would occur *before* they were in the exam. They can simply close the software out and try again. Students already in an exam should not experience any issues.
