The Department of Information Technology will be performing an update, Saturday, October 23rd from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the university’s main student, finance and HR enterprise system known as Banner.

The expected outage will affect Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self Service (for viewing grades, paystubs, W2s), Cognos reports that use Banner PROD as a data source, and other 3rd party applications, such as Axiom & Workflow.

Other IT services, such as the university website, campus e-mail, the campus network, Blackboard and Microsoft Teams should not be affected by this maintenance.
