ServiceNow will undergo upgrades on June 12th at 8pm that will improve and optimize the backbone network for better performance and availability. In the first few hours, you will see multiple occurrences of downtime. Each occurrence will be less than 3 minutes and in total will not exceed 15 minutes of traffic interruption.

There may be additional delays for the remainder of the maintenance window in other instance administration operations such as upgrades, cloning, migrations and HI Support Portal.
