The Department of Information Technology will be performing an update Saturday, July 10 at 8 a.m. on the university’s main student, finance and HR enterprise system known as Banner.
The expected outage is approximately 6 hours and will affect Banner Admin Pages, Banner Self Service (includes Student, Employee and Faculty Banner Self Service links and Banner Page Builder applications), Cognos reports that use Banner PROD as a data source, and other 3rd party applications, such as Axiom & Workflow.
Other IT services, such as the university website, campus e-mail, the campus network, Blackboard and Microsoft Teams should not be affected by this maintenance.
