The Department of Information Technology will be performing an update today, November 2nd at 5 p.m., on the university’s main student, finance and HR enterprise system known as Banner.
The expected outage is approximately 30 minutes and will affect Self Service Banner (for viewing grades, viewing pay stubs), the TouchNet payment gateway (for paying Bursar bills), the Portal, and the Banner Data Warehouse for reporting.
Other IT services, such as the university website, campus e-mail, the campus network, Blackboard and Microsoft Teams should not be affected by this maintenance.
